insurance or guarantees.
The brokers target audience would be clients wanting to cover electrical items from
mechanical and electrical breakdown purchased through retailers, generally high
street, catalogue or website.
Covers
- Mechanical and electrical breakdown cover for:
- New and used vehicles
- Brown, white and Grey goods (for example, TVs, washing machines, computers)
- An unlimited number of repairs for up to four years following the initial manufacturers'
warranty
- Callout charges, replacement parts, labour and VAT are all paid
- Simple and fast claims process. No hassle for the retailer or the consumer
- Product Replacement:
- Brown, White and Grey goods (for example, TVs, washing machines, computers)
- Instant replacement for up to two years after first year manufacturer warranty period
- Insurance back guarantees (This is an insurance contract to cover financial exposure
against guarantees you have provided to your customer):
- Protecting the customers of retailers/dealers against product failure in the event
of the retailer/dealer insolvency and inability to fulfil the guarantee
- Furniture, electrical items and vehicles
- Renewals are available for Brown and White goods for up to eight years
