We have a vacancy for a Business Development Manager to cover Central England and
surrounding territories.
Reporting to the Sales & Agency Manager, you will be working your own agreed
area developing new opportunities for the sale of IGI products within the intermediary
market. In addition to the development of new accounts, you will play a key role
in the management and development of existing relationships ensuring profitable
growth.
Ideally you will be results driven with excellent communication and negotiation
skills with an established background from working within the insurance intermediary
sector. You will possess sound technical and regulatory knowledge coupled with the
initiative and organizing skills to plan and manage your own workload.

Legal Expenses Product Underwriter

The job holder will assist in dealing with Personal Injury insurance applications
received from solicitors, and in the continued assessment of each accepted case
in order to ensure the case remains worthy of pursuit and maintain prospects of
success. The job will also involve assisting in external audits, and a key part
of this role will be liaison and relationship management with the Brokers and Solicitors.
Ideally the job holder will have experience of ATE/BTE, Motor PI, EL and PL claims.
