Making a Claim

As an AmTrust Europe Policyholder making a claim, you should in theory refer to your policy booklet.

However, theory goes out the window if your policy document is under 3 feet of water or burnt to a crisp. So, don't worry about finding your policy number - just phone our claims hotline and talk things through with technically capable staff.

Employers Liability

FSA regulations require us to publish details of all commercial employers' liability policies we enter into, renew or under which a claim is made, on or after 1st April 2011.
