With IGI’s Rent Guarantee Protector insurance, Landlords can be protected from unpaid
rent issues when a tenant refuses to pay the rent.
This policy is suitable for someone seeking insurance cover to assist in recovering
unpaid rent and/or gain vacant possession of the insured property.
Policy Features and Benefits
- This policy will cover you for rent arrears owed to you by the tenant
- Cover for 6 month or 12 month tenancy agreements
- Cover is provided for a maximum of 6 or 12 months rent arrears in total (dependant on cover purchased) or a sum equivalent to the rent up to £1,500 per month
- We will undertake procedures to evict the tenant and obtain vacant possession
