This policy is suitable for someone seeking insurance cover to assist in recovering unpaid rent and/or gain vacant possession of the insured property.

Policy Features and Benefits

• This policy will cover you for rent arrears owed to you by the tenant
• Cover for 6 month or 12 month tenancy agreements
• Cover is provided for a maximum of 6 or 12 months rent arrears in total (dependant on cover purchased) or a sum equivalent to the rent up to £1,500 per month
• We will undertake procedures to evict the tenant and obtain vacant possession
