Policy Features and Benefits
The policy will cover:
- Legal costs and disbursements (including opponent's costs) up to £100,000 in the
event of a non-fault accident with another vehicle
- Pursuing compensation for:
- Loss or damage to the insured vehicle
- Damage to any personal property owned, or that for which the insured is legally
responsible, whilst in or on the insured vehicle
- Other uninsured losses incurred as a result of the accident (e.g. policy excess)
- Death or personal injury to the policyholder, authorised drivers or passengers whilst
in, on, mounting or dismounting from the insured vehicle (personal injury cover
is optional – please speak to your IGI representative)
