Policy Features and Benefits

The policy will cover:

• Legal costs and disbursements (including opponent's costs) up to £100,000 in the event of a non-fault accident with another vehicle
• Pursuing compensation for:
  • Loss or damage to the insured vehicle
  • Damage to any personal property owned, or that for which the insured is legally responsible, whilst in or on the insured vehicle
  • Other uninsured losses incurred as a result of the accident (e.g. policy excess)
• Death or personal injury to the policyholder, authorised drivers or passengers whilst in, on, mounting or dismounting from the insured vehicle (personal injury cover is optional – please speak to your IGI representative)
