  • Actual or alleged wrongful acts by tenants (or a third party) which cause physical damage to the property, up to £50,000
  • Rent recovery
  • Court attendance expenses up to £100 per person per day, up to a maximum of £1,000 for any one claim to cover actual loss of salary or wages
• Optional Rent Guarantee
  • Up to six months' rent arrears in total or a maximum monthly benefit of £1,500
  • Benefits are paid at 1/30th of the monthly benefit for each continuous day that rent is in arrears
