Residential Let - Loss of rent receivable - while the property is unfit for occupation following an insured event for up to 12 months included at 20% of the buildings sum insured.
Residential Let - Landlord's contents - up to 20% of Buildings Sum Insured.
Residential Let - Legal Liability up to £2 million for liability arising from accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to property including defence costs.
Residential Let - Fees - includes fees for professional services (e.g. architects and surveyors), debris removal and additional costs to comply with local authority requirements.
Residential Let - Excess - the standard excess is £100 for each claim.
